Orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post – sent on Mondays and Tuesdays. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders over $100.
We ship to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA & VIC. Due to biosecurity rules, live plants can't be sent to WA, NT or TAS — those orders are cancelled and fully refunded.
Local to the Central Coast? Pickup from our Tascott studio and local delivery are available at checkout. Premade arrangements are local pickup/delivery only.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy — contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
Please note: plants & other perishables, custom orders, sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
